HOUSING. 73 Wolfjaw, a dilapidated cabin that he's gotten mostly livable again. It used to belong to an old woman named Gladys, and still houses her vast collection of raunchy romance novels and the urns of her many Pomeranian dogs.

MISC. Charles is dead and exists as a ghost back home. Many things about his ghostliness are nerfed in-game, like being able to disappear or pass through objects at will, but he's retained some aspects. Though he is able to be injured and die, he doesn't have a noticeable heartbeat or pulse, he doesn't give off any warmth, and his need for oxygen, food, water, and sleep are decreased. His hair doesn't grow, and he doesn't sweat. It's been described in-game as being given enough of a body to die, but not enough of one to really live.

5'10" and all legs; just a touch slouchy. He's perpetually in motion, unable to keep from fidgeting and messing with things, and the ADHD diagnosis is visible from a mile away. Charles is mixed-race, with an Indian mother and a white father. He has light brown skin and curly hair that's managed to stay shaved on the sides while in-game, given the whole dead thing. He has a single earring of the North Star and wears black eyeliner. His voice sounds like this and is typically very jovial.
